Lorelei (played by Elena Satine on Agents of SHIELD) is an Asgardian sorceress-of-sorts with the ability to compel men to do as she wishes with her voice. (It's unclear exactly what determines this power's usability, i.e. what definition of men it follows, but known examples of her victims have all been cishet men.) For years upon years she was imprisoned in the Asgardian palace's dungeons for swaying countless men and attempting a coup, the outcome of which would preferably have been that she would rule all. Largely because she exerted her powers on the other woman's former lover, Lorelei has long been an enemy of the Lady Sif's, leading to Sif being responsible for tracking her down after she escaped the dungeon along with the other prisoners and fled to Midgard. Her fate after her capture at Sif's hands is unspecified and likely unfortunate given what happened to Asgard after Hela's arrival, but if nobody ever confirms it one way or another the writer can and will believe that she was somehow freed and escaped in order to better facilitate threading. On Midgard she met and in the case of most of the men manipulated the agents on Phil Coulson's team, particularly Grant Ward, and it stands to reason that she has at least passing acquaintances with other Asgardian characters.

Lorelei appears in some Marvel comics, but the writer hasn't read any of them.
